We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to help us form and lead the team developing our new product. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. What we’d like to see:

 

• 5+ years of work experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

• Excellent knowledge of Java programming language

• Strong background in Spring framework and Spring Boot

• Experience with micro-service architecture

• Experience with Scrum methodology

• Experience and interest in leading the team will be considered a big advantage

• Readiness to share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues, but also to learn new concepts and software technologies as needs arise

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in written communication

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

 

It will be considered a distinct advantage if you have:
