Digital Docs is a service for preparing electronic documents for secure storage in PDF format. It is a multi-tenant web solution that provides isolated environments for client companies. It features billing based on resource reservation and usage, as well as services utilized by clients. The service offers users flexibility in organizing catalogs and documents, as well as access rights tailored to business needs. It also supports maintaining a coding system for documentation categories, company user accounts, and provides insight into the history of all relevant events.
The service is supported by a back-office application for managing company accounts, calculating resource usage, invoicing services, monitoring user activity, and more.


FUNCTIONALITIES:
- Logging into the application using a personal certificate
- Uploading and validating an electronic document
- Entering accompanying metadata and preparing for secure long-term storage (LTA) of electronic documents, including the application of an electronic seal and timestamp, as well as its periodic renewal
- Searching for documents by various criteria
- Creating and maintaining a coding system for categories
- Administering user accounts, groups, organization catalogs, and access rights
