01 Overview

As part of railway infrastructure modernisation, Enetel Solutions developed and implemented AVIS – a centralised system for automated passenger information and more efficient management of railway station operations.

02 Challenge

Passengers needed fast, accurate and consistent information about departures, arrivals, timetable changes, delays and other important service updates, alongside improved data exchange between the relevant operational teams.

03 Solution

AVIS centrally manages data and distributes real-time information through synchronised digital displays and audio systems. It centralises station and railway infrastructure data, operational events, technical reports and maintenance activities, supporting coordination between control centres, station management and technical services. The modular and scalable solution can be adapted to different railway environments and integrated with other infrastructure systems.

Passengers receive timely and reliable information, while railway operators benefit from more efficient communication management and improved coordination of operational and technical activities. The solution enhances service quality and provides a foundation for further railway digitalisation and automation.
