Largest SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Transformation in the Regional telco Sector

In 2025, Telekom Srbija and m:tel Montenegro completed the transition to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud —representing the largest SAP Private Cloud transformation project in the regional telecommunications industry.

The project included migration and modernization of multiple mission-critical enterprise systems across highly complex operational environments, creating a scalable and future-ready digital foundation for the entire Telekom Srbija Group.

13 SAP Modules Implemented for a Complete Retail Digital Transformation

Tehnomanija d.o.o. implemented SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud in a Private Cloud environment, covering 13 SAP modules and solutions across finance, controlling, procurement, warehouse management, sales, transportation, retail POS, e-commerce, customer data, customer experience, analytics, and driver operations.

The implementation created a scalable digital backbone for a complex retail ecosystem, supporting a 20,000 m² warehouse, 60,000+ products, 89 retail stores, e-commerce operations, and more than 1,100 SAP users in daily work.

With SAP EWM at the core of warehouse and logistics operations, the project enabled real-time inventory visibility, over 1 million transactions per year, 24–48h delivery, an 18% reduction in delivery time, and more than 98% delivery accuracy.

SAP S/4HANA Transformation for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Galenika implemented the SAP S/4HANA Single Tenant Edition system, establishing a modern and integrated digital foundation for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Serbia.

The project included the implementation of 8 SAP modules, covering financial management, controlling, procurement and warehouse management, sales and distribution, extended warehouse management, quality management, plant maintenance, and production planning.

By integrating key business and production processes within a single enterprise platform, the implementation enabled greater operational control, improved process transparency, and stronger support for manufacturing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and financial operations.

For a pharmaceutical company with approximately 800 employees, this transformation created a scalable and reliable system foundation aligned with the requirements of a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
