Enetel Solutions Strengthens Its Leadership Position Through the UK–Western Balkans Technology Trade Mission 2026

As a Diamond Partner of the second UK–Western Balkans Technology Trade Mission 2026, Enetel Solutions further reinforced its position as one of the leading technology companies in the Western Balkans and a trusted partner for organisations navigating digital transformation. Participation in an initiative of this scale reflects the company’s growing international recognition and its proven expertise in delivering SAP Cloud, Business AI, and enterprise transformation solutions.

The two-day programme commenced on 4 June, when Enetel Solutions hosted an exclusive B2B gathering and roundtable discussion with the UK delegation at Element 511 Business Club in Belgrade. Bringing together business leaders and technology experts from both markets, the event created a valuable opportunity to exchange insights, explore future partnerships, and discuss the transformative impact of emerging technologies on business and society.

Enetel Solutions had the honour of welcoming His Excellency Edward Ferguson, British Ambassador to Serbia, Ceri Morgan, HM Trade Commissioner for Europe, and Lord Kulveer Ranger of Northwood, Chair of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (BSCC), alongside representatives from leading UK technology companies, academic institutions, and innovation organisations.

During his address, Ambassador Edward Ferguson expressed his appreciation to Enetel Solutions for its hospitality and active contribution to strengthening business and technological ties between the United Kingdom and Serbia. He recognised the important role that companies such as Enetel Solutions play in fostering innovation, enabling international collaboration, and creating new opportunities for economic growth through technology.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for strategic discussions between Enetel Solutions and key representatives of the UK delegation. Ivan Mijailović, SAP Program Manager at Enetel Solutions, met with Lord Kulveer Ranger of Northwood to discuss the growing importance of international partnerships, innovation ecosystems, and the role of technology companies in accelerating digital transformation and sustainable growth across the region. These conversations further underscored Enetel Solutions’ reputation as a credible and valued partner within the international technology community.

The official UK–Western Balkans Technology Trade Mission 2026, held on 5 June at Madlena Art Palace in Belgrade, brought together more than 150 business leaders, investors, policymakers, academics, and representatives from over 30 UK companies to explore the future of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and innovation.

In her keynote remarks, Ceri Morgan, HM Trade Commissioner for Europe, reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening relationships with the Western Balkans through technology, innovation, and knowledge exchange. She highlighted that collaboration between businesses, institutions, and innovation ecosystems is essential to unlocking new opportunities and driving sustainable economic growth.

Marko Čadež, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, emphasised Serbia’s growing role as a regional technology hub, highlighting the country’s highly skilled talent pool, entrepreneurial mindset, and increasing attractiveness as a destination for technology investment and international cooperation.

Representing the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Marija Gnjatović, State Secretary at the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, spoke about Serbia’s strategic focus on innovation and digitalisation. She stressed that initiatives such as the UK–Western Balkans Technology Trade Mission are instrumental in strengthening Serbia’s position within the global innovation landscape.

As part of the official conference programme, Ivan Mijailović, SAP Program Manager at Enetel Solutions, delivered a presentation entitled “From Cloud Transformation to Business AI: SAP Autonomous Enterprise and the Role of Strategic Partners.”

Drawing on insights from complex transformation projects, he demonstrated how organisations are evolving beyond traditional digitalisation towards intelligent, AI-powered enterprises. His presentation highlighted that the conversation has shifted from whether businesses should adopt artificial intelligence to how they can strategically integrate data, processes, cloud technologies, and AI capabilities to generate measurable business value and build resilient, future-ready organisations.

As a SAP Gold Partner and recipient of the SAP Q1 Top Cloud Performer 2026 Award, Enetel Solutions continues to strengthen its position as one of the region’s most prominent technology partners. With offices in London, Vienna, and Sarajevo, and a strong presence across the Western Balkans, the company combines deep regional expertise with international experience to deliver advanced SAP Cloud and Business AI solutions to organisations operating in increasingly dynamic business environments.

Participation as a Diamond Partner in one of the region’s most influential technology initiatives further validates Enetel Solutions’ role in shaping the future of digital transformation in the Western Balkans. Through its commitment to innovation, international collaboration, and technological excellence, the company continues to contribute to stronger innovation ecosystems and closer ties between the United Kingdom and the region.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (BSCC), the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Serbia, and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce for their trust, support, and dedication in organising an initiative of such strategic importance.
