We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to help us form and lead the team developing our new product.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. What we’d like to see:
- 5+ years of work experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of Java programming language
- Strong background in Spring framework and Spring Boot
- Experience with micro-service architecture
- Experience with Scrum methodology
- Experience and interest in leading the team will be considered a big advantage
- Readiness to share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues, but also to learn new concepts and software technologies as needs arise
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in written communication
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
It will be considered a distinct advantage if you have:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills
