RESOLUTION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF INCOME

BusCalc is a public transport carrier reconciliation and billing system, implemented for Belgrade city administration for the financial management of public transportation in the city.

This web-based application facilitates the monthly distribution of revenue from city public transportation among participating carriers. It leverages multi-criteria decision-making algorithms and integrates near-real-time data from diverse sources to ensure accurate allocations.

Decision-making algorithms process data from various sources, including GPS records of vehicle positions sampled every 30 seconds, scheduled routes for all city public transportation vehicles, planned timetables, route adjustments due to traffic issues, vehicle characteristics, and numerous additional criteria.

There is a penalty calculation for missed drives and other aspects of SLA non-fulfillment.
