What you'll be doing:

Define operative and strategic sales goals

Conduct optimal product portfolio and segmentation

Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors, maintain sales volume, product mix

Ensure assigned revenue goals and agreed business plan

Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs and targets
-
Sales, P&L, and Business development responsibility
-
Mutual preparation of conditions for market development and identifying new business opportunities

Identify contract expansion opportunities within accounts and elevate the decision to pursue

Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality

Ensure and monitor overall clients' satisfaction level with contracted deliverables as a prerequisite for further successful business development

Report weekly on business development activities - ongoing projects/new leads/follow-ups

Provide support and feedback to the sales team, appraising job results of sales staff

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
What we’d like to see:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Electrotechnics, IT, Traffic Engineering. Economy, Management)

Proven sales record of accomplishment in ICT sales management and strong technical knowledge of ICT solutions

Sharp and high business acumen with good analytical skills, strong goal, and achievement orientation

Ability to recognize and identify business opportunities

Excellent understanding of ethical sales and marketing

A proactive person with outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Highly skilled in people leadership, strong ability to lead and motivate
