The successful digital transformation project of Tehnomanija, implemented using SAP Cloud ERP Private, has recently been highlighted by SAP as an example of modernizing business operations in the retail sector.
In collaboration with partners b4b Serbia, the Enetel Solutions team supported Tehnomanija in implementing a modern ERP platform that provides greater business transparency, improved financial productivity, and more efficient operational management. The new platform enables the company to gain clearer insight into key business data and make faster, data-driven decisions.
The implementation included integration of advanced SAP solutions such as SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Transportation Management, along with automated financial reporting processes and detailed profitability insights by item, outlet, and profit center. This integrated approach significantly improved operational efficiency across the entire business value chain.
As a result of the transformation, Tehnomanija has achieved improved finance productivity, more accurate supplier profitability insights, and faster, more reliable retail deliveries. With real-time visibility into business data, teams are now able to respond more quickly and accurately to customer needs.
