RANNEY WELLS – Centralised Water Production Monitoring System

The project involves upgrading the centralised system for monitoring distributed water production operated by the Belgrade Waterworks and Sewerage Public Utility Company. The solution covers 99 Ranney wells across five locations.

Data from different metering devices needed to be centralised to enable remote readings, measurement validation and timely monitoring of water flow, electricity consumption and remote facilities.

As part of a consortium, Enetel Solutions contributed to the development and implementation of a remote monitoring and control system accessible through web and mobile applications. The solution includes data collection and storage, energy calculations, alerts, trend visualisation and automated reporting.

Centralised monitoring enables more efficient water production management, early fault detection and lower energy and maintenance costs. It also supports reduced water losses, improved production planning and faster emergency response.
