PAMS – Emergency Communication and Monitoring System

01 Overview

PAMS is an emergency communication system that establishes direct two-way voice contact with a control centre at the press of a single button. It is designed for railway stations and vehicles, elevators, schools and other public infrastructure facilities.

Critical situations require immediate incident detection, clear communication and rapid response coordination. Without a connected system, reaction times can be delayed and centralised operational control limited.

03 Solution

Enetel Solutions developed PAMS as a network of connected devices providing instant two-way communication, automated operational monitoring and remote device management. The system detects operational irregularities, performs automatic self-checks and supports remote software updates.

04 Results

PAMS enables faster incident reporting, more efficient coordination and reliable system availability. More than 1,000 active devices have already been deployed across elevators and schools in Belgrade, supporting real-time emergency communication and 24/7 operational safety.
