Strong messages, inspiring speakers, and important discussions on modern leadership marked the Women’s CEO Summit 2026, held at the Madlenianum Palace of Arts in Belgrade. The event gathered representatives of the business community, institutions, and the diplomatic corps to discuss key topics shaping leadership and the contemporary business environment.
Through discussions and keynote speeches, the summit addressed issues crucial to leadership development in today’s social and economic context, including the role of women in decision-making positions, the importance of institutional support, and the broader environment in which companies operate today.
The program was opened by Princess Ljubica Karađorđević, while the introductory address was delivered by Milan Antonijević, Commissioner for Equality of the Republic of Serbia, who emphasized the importance of continuous dialogue between businesses, institutions, and society.
Particular attention was given to the panel discussion “Women’s Voice in Diplomacy: Men’s Perspective”, which featured members of the international diplomatic community. Speakers included Soufiane Adjali, Director of UNHCR Serbia, as well as ambassadors H.E. Jan Bondy (Czech Republic), H.E. Carlos Felix (Mexico), and H.E. Peter Truswell (Australia), together with Carlotta Colli, Deputy Ambassador of Italy to Serbia.
As a company that actively supports leadership development, knowledge exchange, and business networking, Enetel Solutions recognizes the importance of initiatives that encourage open dialogue between business, institutions, and the international community.
