Ljubica Barbulj Nominated as Candidate for the AHK Serbia Board of Directors

Enetel Solutions proudly announces that Ljubica Barbulj, CEO of the company, has been nominated as a candidate for the Board of Directors of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia). This nomination represents significant recognition of her professional experience and long-standing engagement in strengthening business and technological cooperation between Serbia and international markets.

As a SAP Gold Partner headquartered in Serbia, with active operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, and Austria, Enetel Solutions delivers complex enterprise digital transformation projects across the region and international markets. This regional presence provides valuable experience in cross-border business development, regulatory alignment, and scaling digital infrastructure in diverse business environments.

Through active participation in the AHK Digitalization Committee, Enetel Solutions has contributed to fostering structured dialogue between business leaders, regulators, and technology stakeholders. Particular attention has been given to initiatives related to information security legislation, as well as EU-aligned regulatory frameworks such as ESG and CBAM, which are increasingly shaping the way companies operate across the region.

In a period marked by rapid digital and regulatory transformation, strong and forward-looking governance within the Chamber plays a crucial role in strengthening German-Serbian economic cooperation and enhancing regional competitiveness. It is therefore essential that the Chamber’s leadership reflects current priorities of the business community — from digital transformation and AI governance to alignment with European regulatory frameworks.

The General Assembly of AHK Serbia, where members will vote on the composition of the Board of Directors, will take place on 19 March 2026.
